Since February, LXML has organized five seminars on beneficiation and metallurgy technology, in which beneficiation and metallurgy experts from Chifeng Gold External Expert Committee, well-known industry experts from Australia, Canada, the United States and other countries and technical teams of mine beneficiation and metallurgy gathered together to study and discuss the beneficiation and metallurgy technology of complex ores.
Sepon Gold and Copper Mine of LXML belongs to Carlin-like deposit, and its ore properties are complex, so the beneficiation and metallurgy technology is very difficult. In order to further improve the process flow and improve the recovery rate, experts carefully studied the basic data and experimental research data provided by Sepon Mine. At the seminar, experts made special discussions on mine ore blending, flotation, high-pressure oxidation, leaching and other systems. From theory to practice, from test to production, they put forward more than 200 valuable suggestions and opinions, as well as a large number of experiences in mine production organization and management, which have strong guidance and practicability.
After each meeting, the mine technical team and management team of LXML quickly organized a meeting to sort out expert opinions, study improvement measures and develop implementation plans. At present, some technical transformations have started. The successful holding of the technical seminar is of great significance to optimize the technological process of mine beneficiation and metallurgy and improve the recovery rate, and provides a broad space for technological breakthrough.
