Looking back on 2025,amid a complex environment and market landscape,our team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and collaboration as we had built resilience through challenges,seized opportunities amidst change to achieve numerous milestones. The mechanism where the owners,managements and employees survive and thrive together has deeply ingrained in our hearts. As the most remarkable milestone,our company was successful listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in March 2025,making it the third "A+H" dual listed gold producer in China,a leap forward in the endeavor of globalization and the corporate governance.
Over the past year,we have delivered excellent,quality performance. In the first three quarters of 2025,our company had recorded an operating revenue of 8.644 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 2.058 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.91% and 86.21% respectively.
We continued to focus on our core competence and business. In 2025,we achieved a major exploration breakthrough at Sepon Mine and the technical upgrades and expansion projects at our domestic and oversea mines are progressing smoothly as scheduled,gathering strong momentum for future growth. We have successfully elected the new Board of Directors,injecting new energy into the strategic decision-making processes and effective guidance on corporate governance.
Each step and achievement in our pursuit of excellence manifests the support from the stakeholders including the governments at all levels,the residents in host communities,the investors and partners and other stakeholders,the wisdom and hard work of our people. These have driven us toward safer,more efficient,and more responsible operations,making Chifeng Gold consistently shine brightly in the world gold mining industry.
